Spring breeze, everything is recovering, nature shows endless vitality and vigour.

In order to create a warm, harmonious and tolerant team atmosphere, enhance team cohesion, centripetal force and sense of belonging, Eshome organised all the staff to go to the picturesque Yingxiang Ecological Park in Gaoming on 22 March, and jointly opened a group building and expansion of practical activities called "Building dreams with one heart, aiming at the top".

1、Team style display

With the official start of the development activities, all employees were divided into six brave teams.

The directional breakthrough projects of this activity include "Bead travelling a thousand miles", "Challenge NO.1", "Run dry Kun" and "Frontline task ".

In the process of unlocking the tasks, the Eshome team was enthusiastic, mutually supportive and trustworthy.

Team members showed great patience and concentration, constantly explored new methods, reacted quickly and flexibly adjusted their strategies to ensure that the tasks could be completed successfully.

The most exciting project was the "Frontline Mission". In addition to testing the trust and co-operation among the team members to face the challenges and difficulties together, in addition, in order to strive for excellent results, the team members cleverly dressed up the "materials", and won a burst of applause with the bewitching walk.

This humorous scene not only showed the individual's lively and cheerful side, but also added endless joy and warmth to the whole activity.

Laughter and cheering sounds were heard one after another, letting the Eshome team experience the passion of sports, the power of progress and the fun of participation. This expansion activity not only improved the team consciousness of co-operation between colleagues, inspired the enthusiasm of participating in exercise, but also invariably enhanced the deep friendship between each other.

In addition to physical exercise, the beauty of spring is waiting for Eshume team to unlock one by one.

Gaoming Yingxiang Ecological Park, as a 4A-level agricultural ecological tourism service scenic spot, where bathing in the caress of the spring breeze, enjoying the beauty of the swaying flowers, in the world of flowers.

In addition, there are more than 40 mobile games in the scenic area to play, release physical and mental pressure; in the boundless ecological lawn, close contact with cute pets, to enjoy the rare tranquility. 

This group building and expansion of practical activities is not only a relaxation and learning opportunities, but also a valuable experience of team growth. The Eshome team improved their understanding and communication with each other in mutual help and hard work, and enhanced their sense of professional belonging and happiness.
